Main Dishes : Creamy Bacon and Mushroom

I'm going to really work on this recipe for the next time I have time to throw myself into the kitchen, this creamy bacon and mushroom dishes which will be modified with a fettuccine pasta must be a really tasty and great dinner

375g dried fettuccine pasta
1 bunch broccolini, cut into 5cm lengths
2 x 125g 98% fat free bacon, cut into 1.5cm pieces
500g button mushrooms, halved
5g reduced-fat dairy spread
40g (1/4 cup) plain flour
560ml (21/4 cups) skim milk
60ml (1/4 cup) extra light thickened cream
30g cheddar
2 tbs shredded parmesan (Shaved parmesan, to serve)

steps
1. Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling water following packet directions or until al dente. Add the broccolini in the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain.
2.Meanwhile, heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add bacon and mushroom and cook for 5 minutes or until tender. Transfer to a plate.
3. Melt the spread in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the flour and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds or until combined. Remove from heat. Gradually whisk in milk and cream until combined. Place over medium heat and cook, stirring, for 3-5 minutes or until mixture boils and thickens. Add the cheddar and shredded parmesan and stir until melted.
4. Add the pasta mixture and the bacon mixture to the pan and stir until combined. Divide among serving bowls. Season with salt and pepper and top with shaved parmesan to serve.

Without any longer, I have been wondering if I could go to Raja Ampat,
It's another breathtaking places in the west Papua of Indonesia

Beside it served you with an unbelievably magnificent underwater ocean park, it's also confirmed to be one of the highest marine biodiversity on Earth! Interesting, right?
It also has a huge massive coral colonies, let the picture say much more,

This place suit totally for any people who love nature especially underwater ocean park. Photographer, diver, and backpacker should visit this gorgeous place. I want to visit this place either, someday, I will.

backstabber

I've been intended to learn more about what the word 'backstabber' really means and how to deal with it, because in reality you can't refuse backstabber, it comes by itself to even your closest friends, you can't get your life without any of it.

How to deal with it
It's never easy to change someone personality, I got this tips from wikihow.com to deal with this kind of person

# Get away from these people as soon as possible and convince others not to associate with them. Just say that 'they aren't the best person to hang out with.' Take care if you choose to do that.

# Don't hesitate to ask questions. If somebody seems shady in any perspective, ask them about it but pay close attention to their answers. More often than not, they will try to pull one over you.

# There is a difference between friends and acquaintances. This means that even though he might be fun to talk at in classroom or at lunch, he might not be the kind of person you would like to hang out with after school.

# Don't rely on the backstabber for anything; even the tiniest of things. In this way, you will avoid situations where you owe him/her a favor. This technique takes patience, practice and goes completely against your better nature. The backstabber will get the hint and move on the next victim.

# Also do not tell them any secret that you want kept hidden, as they will tell it to another one of their "friends" the moment it will gain them something.

treat other's like the way you want to be treated, I do believe that karma does exist.
Forgive and forget, the best solution on every little problems you have,
get rid of those backstabber, forgive them cause life goes on, and there's many more advanture yet to come, and it must be more than to deal with these kind of, who they called to be 'FRIEND'
